Categories: Short Documentary

Run time: 7 min. | USA | Language: English
Doug Rugh is a Master Artist, producing beautiful oil paintings. Surviving as an artist is difficult, and we are given insight into the life and work of this artist. This 7 minute film was done in 3 days, as part of an international documentary challenge. While a complete work in itself, this will be expanded by following Doug and documenting his painting and progress over the next 3 months. This film will be included in a full length documentary of Video Portraits, about the lives of people in and around Woods Hole, Massachusetts.
